A 16S LiFePO4 pack is only as good as the electronics watching it. Over eight years, cells drift apart at different rates; the question is whether the BMS corrects that drift or merely reports it. The LVB16WTC uses a JK smart platform that transfers energy between cells, exposes every setpoint, and gives the commissioning engineer the data needed to prove the install is healthy before leaving site.
Passive balancers burn excess charge in resistors, which works slowly and heats the enclosure. The JK board moves charge from the highest cell to the lowest at up to 2A, so imbalance is corrected during normal operation rather than during a monthly maintenance charge.

- Cell voltage and temperature history is retained for warranty analysis
- Bluetooth access is local, with no subscription or gateway required
Default protection is deliberately conservative for storage duty. Where the inverter or the site requires a different envelope, the thresholds are editable over Bluetooth and stored in the BMS, not in a cloud account.

- Run a short charge and discharge to verify the CAN or RS485 handshake with the inverter.
- Export or photograph the BMS summary page and attach it to the commissioning record.
