Exliporc Teams Assist Customer Pickup in Thailand and Provide On-Site Technical Service in Vietnam

Shenzhen, China — 29 October 2026

Exliporc currently has two teams working in Southeast Asia, and the division of labour between them is deliberately clear. In Thailand, sales staff are on hand at the pickup point to support customers collecting stock. In Vietnam, each visit pairs a sales representative with a technician, so commercial questions and technical problems are handled in the same meeting.

Thailand: sales support at the pickup point

The Thailand team is made up of sales staff, not a logistics or installation crew. Transport is arranged by the customer, and the team does not take responsibility for haulage or for installing the battery at the destination. What the team does is make the collection itself straightforward.

  • Order verification. Confirming model, quantity and accessories against the packing list before the goods leave the pickup point.
  • Pickup coordination. Scheduling collection times with the customer and making sure the right units are set aside and accessible.
  • Loading guidance. Advising on how the cartons should be handled and secured for the customer's own transport.
  • Installation questions. Answering practical questions on positioning, clearance, cable routing and inverter connection settings, so the customer's own installer starts with the right information.

This is a support role rather than a service contract, and customers know exactly what they are buying. For buyers who already have their own transport and installer, it removes the friction of a collection without adding a service charge they do not need.

Vietnam: a sales representative and a technician, together

In Vietnam the model is different. A sales representative travels with a technician to the customer's site, which means the person who knows the commercial history of the account is present when the technical issue is examined. Nothing is lost in translation between the sales conversation and the service report.

The technician handles the diagnostic work: reading BMS history, checking communication between battery and inverter, correcting parameter settings, verifying terminal torque and inspecting cable routing and ventilation. The sales representative records what was found, agrees any follow-up parts or documentation with the customer, and keeps the account team informed. Most cases are resolved during the same visit.

How the two models differ
Region Team composition What they do What they do not do
Thailand Sales staff Pickup coordination, order verification, loading guidance, installation questions Transport and on-site installation
Vietnam Sales representative plus technician Travel to customer site, diagnosis, commissioning checks, parameter correction Third-party installation labour for unrelated systems
Why the split makes sense
  • Matched to the market. Thai buyers in this campaign mostly collect with their own transport, so sales support at the pickup point is what they actually need.
  • Technical depth where it is required. Vietnamese customers with installed systems need a technician on site, not a phone call.
  • No hidden service cost. Buyers are not charged for services they do not use, and the scope of support is stated before the order.
  • Faster resolution. Pairing sales with technical staff shortens the path from complaint to corrective action.
  • Feedback to the factory. Field findings return to Shenzhen and feed into product and documentation improvements.
A clear scope, stated up front

Service models are only useful when their boundaries are visible. Exliporc prefers to describe what a team will and will not do before an order is placed, rather than renegotiating expectations after delivery. Customers in Thailand who need transport or installation can be referred to local partners, while customers in Vietnam can request a joint sales and technical visit through their account manager.

Both teams will remain in the region for the current campaign, with routes coordinated from the Shenzhen head office so that several customer sites can be covered in a single trip where distance allows.
