To celebrate this holiday with our families, EXLIPORC announces our official 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Schedule and corresponding international customer service arrangements.

• Holiday Duration: September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), 2026 (3 Days)
• Normal Operations Resume: September 28, 2026 (Monday) at 09:00 (GMT+8)

To minimize any potential impact on your ongoing solar storage projects and procurement schedules, we have implemented the following service safeguards:

1. Poland Overseas Warehouse Dispatches (Unaffected)

   Our Strategic Logistics Hub in Poland remains in full normal operation throughout the holiday period. European installers and distributors can continue to place immediate stock replenishment orders. In-stock units—including our popular 16kWh and 16.58kWh residential storage systems—will be dispatched on schedule with 3–7 day duty-free (DDP) ground delivery across all European Union member states.

2. Factory Production & International Sea Freight

   Manufacturing lines and sea freight dispatch from our central production facilities in China will pause from September 25 to September 27. All pending container orders, factory flash testing, and customized battery pack assembly will resume on September 28, 2026. If you have urgent Q4 project delivery timelines, our logistics desk will expedite priority scheduling immediately upon return.

3. 24/7 Inquiry Response & Technical Consultation

   Our international sales representatives and technical support engineers will remain accessible online via email and WhatsApp to handle urgent project inquiries, quotation requests, and system sizing consultations. For customers planning residential solar upgrades, inquiries regarding our [5kW–15kW home energy storage battery system] will be processed with continuous technical support.

4. Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Project Inquiries

   For commercial EPC contractors and factory developers evaluating peak shaving or microgrid installations, technical RFQ reviews and sizing evaluations for the [125kW/261kWh liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet] can be submitted at any time through our website portal.
